11.01.2019 New paper on implicit motives as antecedents of income growth

My and Eva Derous' grad student Catherine Apers published a new paper with the title "Who earns more? Explicit traits, implicit motives, and income growth trajectories.". Her work shows that implicit motives contribute incremental variance above the Big 5 personality traits to the prediction of income growth.
