I am a work and organizational psychologist and academic working in Belgium and the UK. My work mainly focuses on the application of multilevel methods, the measurement of individual differences in organizational settings, and discontinuous and dynamic change. My work has been published by journals such as Psychological Review, Psychological Methods, Organizational Research Methods, the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and Psychological Science. I have also coauthored or authored reviews and commentaries on important broader issues in journals like Perspectives on Psychological Science, Science, Annual Review of Organizational Behavior and Organizational Psychology, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology or Behavior Research Methods.

In 2019, I received the Jeanneret Award for Excellence in the Study of Individual or Group Assessment from the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

I am a former editor of the Journal of Personnel Psychology (2020-2024) - one of the first journals championing registered reports within work and organizational psychology. I am also a former associate editor of the Journal of Personnel Psychology (2017-2019), Organizational Research Methods (2017-2020), and most recently the Journal of Applied Psychology (2020-2024). -
